The suggestion that Lord Curzon , now Chancellor of the University of Oxford, should deliver the oration on University Day at the University of Pennsylvania, on the 22nd of February , 1910, seems to me to be a most excellent one. It would delight everyone who is interested in the University, and, indeed, everyone in the country, if Lord Curzon would accept.
