How can I view the status of my order?

Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

What are your shipping costs?

You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Can I have more information on an item of interest?

Certainly. Please e-mail or call us and we will gladly assist you.

Can you help me locate an item not listed on your website?

We maintain a large database of “want lists” and it is our pleasure to attempt to locate an item for you – free of charge or commitment.

Do you offer refunds?

Everything offered for sale is unconditionally guaranteed to be authentic and in the condition described. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with an item you receive, please contact us to discuss the matter. We do not refund for buyer’s remorse. Payment can be made by check, money order, or PayPal.
