




















Tim Thomas 2011 ESPY Award - "Best Championship Performance"
The ESPY Awards; short for Excellence in Sports Performance Yearly Awards, and often referred to as the "ESPYs", is an annual awards show presented by ESPN beginning in 1993. Honoring both individual and team athletic accomplishments and achievements, offered here is an ESPY award that was presented to Boston Bruins' star goalie Tim Thomas in 2011 in the category of "Best Championship Performance".
Thomas led the Bruins to a Stanley Cup championship in 2011 while winning the Vezina Trophy and Conn Smythe as playoffs MVP. He was the first goaltender to win the Stanley Cup, Vezina, and Conn Smythe trophies in the same season since Bernie Parent in 1974–75.
Standing at 17" with mounted sphere over a pedestal base, a plaque affixed to the bottom of the base has an ESPY logo with "2011" along with "Best Championship Performance Tim Thomas". The letters "ESPY" are also sunken into each side of the pedestal throughout the majority of its length. The underside has brown felt affixed.
Condition is excellent, with a few scratches visible and minor handling wear.
