In fine condition. Accompanied by original Royal mailing envelope with multiple postal markings.
Charles served in the Royal Air Force and the Royal Navy. He spent his last 10 months of active service in the Navy commanding the coastal minehunter HMS Bronington, beginning on February 9, 1976.
