Stunning signature and date “Chester A. Arthur / Sept. 25, 1882” on 6×4 stationery imprinted “Executive Mansion / Washington”.
This resembles an oversized Executive Mansion card but it’s more likely an actual piece of Executive Mansion stationery - a truly uncommon format we have never seen before.
Signature is as bold and dark as you will find.
