Office of Discount and Deposit check, 6.5 x 2.5, most likely filled out in his own hand and signed by Carroll, "Ch. Carroll of Carrollton" payable to Wm Woodeville Esq. for $681.77, December 16, 1828.

Lightly toned with two ink stains to top center, not affecting signature. Irregularly cut top and bottom margins. Two cut cancellations that have been taped on verso. Pencil notations to verso.
