Out of stock

Hailing from the personal collection of Hockey Hall of Fame superstar Eric Lindros, offered here is a collection of correspondence regarding Eric’s participation at the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano, along with a participant’s pin and other related papers. The pin comes in its original folding case, and it features an Olympic torch with “1998”, with the Olympic rings below. The documents include an official 1998 Olympic participation certificate from the Canadian Olympic Association, a 1998 Olympic Committee participation “diploma” certificate, cover letters addressed to Eric from both the Canadian Hockey Association and Canadian Olympic Association along with a few additional papers and original mailing envelopes. A signed Letter of Authenticity from Eric Lindros accompanies the grouping.

The 1998 Olympic participation pin remains affixed to its original cardboard backing, with no issues regarding condition. The 1998 Olympic “diploma” is 8.25×11.5, while the COA participation certificate is 8.5×11, and both remain in beautiful condition with light wear. The cover letters are both 8.5×11, and they exhibit some creasing and corner wear. Also included is a 1998  memorandum forwarding these items to Eric along with a Roots advertising package, both with the original mailing envelopes addressed to Eric.
