Signer of the Declaration of Independence from New York (1734–1821) who served as a member of the Suffolk County Militia early on in the Revolution and served as a delegate to the First Continental Congress.

Scarce signature “Wm. Floyd” with flourish.  Affixed to heavier stock.

This autograph was originally part of one of the esteemed limited edition sets of American Statesmen.
