William Miller Collier (1867-1936) was a lawyer, educator, special assistant to the U.S. attorney general (1903-1904), president of George Washington University (1918-1921) and diplomat who served as U.S. minister to Spain (1905-1909) and ambassador to Chile (1921-1928).
