This is just a note to thank you for sending me the book of Presidents’ letters which you had told me about when you were here in Washington. This is a beautiful book of letters, and I greatly appreciated your thoughtfulness in giving me a copy.
Pat and I certainly enjoyed our visit with you and Alice and hope you will be returning to Washington before too long.
