Home white pinstripe New York Yankees jersey game worn by MARK TEIXEIRA during the 2016 MLB season and taken out of play after the May 15, 2016 game.  The Majestic Authentic FlexBase size 48 jersey is tagged “2016”  inside and features the interlocking “NY” on front, with the number “25” on back.  “8” patch on left sleeve in honor of Yogi Berra and special “Play Ball USA Baseball” patch applied above the “NY”.

The jersey is authenticated by Major League Baseball with hologram JB 422050 and is accompanied by a Letter of Authenticity from Steiner Sports.

Tex went 1-4 with a double in the Yankees 7-5 win.  We believe that photo research shows that Tex wore this same jersey for 7 additional games before it was taken out of play.  (May 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14).
