I transmit to you a copy of a letter from the Honorable Mr. Hamilton, Chairman of the Military Committee requesting to be informed of the report in the case of Farrow & Harris will be made by the adjournment of Congress or immediately thereafter. I will thank you for your answer as soon as practicable in order that I may reply to Mr. Hamilton’s letter.
