I am enclosing you copy of a letter which I have just received from Wilson Wyatt, Housing Expediter Administrator, in regard to the matter about which you phoned me.
McFarland and Truman sat next to each other in the Senate for two years and became friends, a working relationship which continued while Truman was President.
