Adams” AS PRESIDENT, March 4, 1828, countersigned by George Graham as Commissioner of the General Land Office, 13×10, headed “John Quincy Adams President of the United States of America”, granting 120 acres in Arkansas to to the “Daughter or heir of Abraham Hayes…late a private in Cholards Company of the third Regiment of Infantry…”. Seal at lower left and impressive vignette at top left.

Fine Presidential signature.

Scattered minor staining, folds to vellum, engrossment light but a strong Quincy Adams signature.
