Some time ago it occurred to me that you ought to have an official commission to display, to indicate the special responsibilities you accepted as Special Ambassador to attend the ceremonies incident to the inauguration of the President of the Republic of Honduras, where were held at Tegucigalpa from December 19 to 23, 1957. The document comes to you with this note, and with my renewed and grateful thanks for your services.
