Mcelroy…to the grade of Passed Assistant Engineer with the relative rank of Lieutenant Junior Grade in the service of the United States….” Countersigned by Secretary of Navy Benjamin F. Tracy. With large patriotic maritime vignettes and a large blue seal.

Very nice signature.  Expected folds to vellum with some mounting remnants at edges.  A most attractive format.
